From Casa Nica you will enjoy a characteristic view of the valley and of the greenery. Casa Nica is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access. You will be in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 100 meters (330 feet), a grocery store at 200 meters (660 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards). You will reach Casa Nica walking past a main entrance gate and going up a short route that includes approximately 120 stairway steps. You will not need a car to stay at Casa Nica. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). Please kindly note. It was 134 steps up to the place from the road which isn't very much for Positano. We used luggage porters (10 euros/bag) to get our bags there but were fine on our way down. Great central location, easy access (walking) to the marina, and shops. It was cooler but sunny/light because it is tucked away a little bit and felt very safe. The manager/owner was super helpful in the check in/out process and it was a perfect get away for us as we used it as a home base for our adventures. There is a king-ish sized bed, a twin bed with twin trundle and a pull out couch.
