The villa is located 800 meters from the island of currents and 1500 meters from the Punta delle Formiche (a magical place where you can enjoy natural, regenerating and purifying mud), a natural oasis; the owners, two lawyers, have recreated a magical place for serenity and charm; a nest where you can spend moments of relaxation and tranquility. The private villa is made up, in addition to the private garden of about 700 square meters, of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an internal living area of approximately 35 square meters. with a suggestive masonry kitchen, preciously decorated with characteristic antique tiles, equipped with all comforts (electric oven with pizza mode / program, dishwasher, 4-burner hob, 200 liter fridge) and a spacious outdoor living area, also with large built-in kitchen with 4-burner stove, external sinks, barbecue, also preciously decorated. The interior spaces and the ample external spaces, all elegantly furnished, allow the comfortable permanence of 6/8 people. The villa is also equipped with every comfort, deckchairs, garden beds, hammocks, large shaded spaces at all hours of the day due to the presence of tall olive trees and decorative trees and Sicilian garden, lawn and fruit trees . There is a possibility to park the cars inside the villa, and to access the sea, comfortably on foot. By car or bicycle you can easily reach the fishing villages of Portopalo di Capopasero (4/5 km.) And Marzamemi (7 km.); furthermore, the town of Pachino is easily reachable, equipped with all services (banks, supermarkets, shops). The strategic location of the villa, just a few steps from the sea, allows not only a quiet holiday by the sea, but also comfortable trips in the Noto Valley (reachable in 20 minutes), Syracuse (40 minutes away), Ragusa, Scicli, Modica, Pozzallo (all reachable in 40/50 minutes). Also recommended are visits to the Oasis of Vendicari, just 15 minutes away, the bay of Calamosche and S. Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza, tra mare, giardino di casa e splendide località turistiche come Ortigia e Scicl. Modica e Noto che abbiamo visitato la sera.
