The proprty has an excellent location and staff. The cleaning staff is excellent. The room was clean and quiet. The building does need some updating though.

Great place to stay
Fantastic place to stay. Perfectly positioned. Had a lovely room with balcony overlooking the bay. Staff were very friendly and extremely efficient. Will be staying there again in the future.

Loved the location, check in was brilliant, really friendly and informative. Room was nice size, comfy bed, air con ok. Hairdryer broken. Let down by breakfast staff. Options were 7€ continental, 12€ full breakfast. We said we wanted continual. We were told we could have one drink, one piece of fruit and one pastry. No toast. That was fine. Then they tried to charge us 12€ each for 1 tea, 1 coffee and a croissant! Rectified at reception but shouldn’t have had to

Dear Guests, first of all thank you for your feedback.Kindly note, the choice of type of brekafast is taken normally time of sitting. Apparentely the waiter simply understood full breakfast for you, anyway we have correct it at the reception. In general, It could be easier if choosen immediately when you been told about options available at time of sitting. We hope to welcome you back in Rapallo, best regards

Don't consider this hotel if you travel by car
Dont consinder this destination if you travel by car , parking is a nightmare and the hotel don't give any real options for Parking. As consequence we had to leave the hotel before the end of our stay - no refund given, to the reason they by all right claim that's parking isn't are a part of the Hotel offering. Even the carpark near by (36€ a day) is full and you have to find alternative to this due to market days should you be lucky to get a free space. Our room was ok, but the walls are paper thin, so all noice goes direct into your room from about six am - so it's not possible to sleep unless you use earplugs. And the Wifi didn't work, just to say

Dear Mister,as indicated Hotel has no parking or garage belonging to the property. Our staff provides all necessary informations about pubblic parking facilities nearby. We undestand that travelling with a long big SUV makes everything also more difficolt to find out a large spacious option for big size vehicle. We are happy to assist you even before arrival date, you could simply anticipating your needs in order to better advise you accordinghlty. Genreal online information are regulary available also on this website to everybody. We accept criticism and encourage Guests evaluation in order to make possible improvements. Concerning parking, hotel has not basically the necessary space, we are directly on the seaside limit and in our town there are not private garage to suggest. Best regards from Rapallo.

Varma valinta: upeat näköalat ja pieni maksuton uimaranta suoraan hotellin edessä. Moitteettoman puhdas huone ja julkiset tilat kiilsivät aamusiivouksen jälkeen. Vastaanotossa mukava vastaanotto, "buon giorno/buona sera" tuli aina iloisesti. Aamiaisbuffet normitasoa. Hyvä äänieristys, koska käytävämeteliä ei kuulunut huoneeseen.

Our stay was wonderful as the hotel was at the end of the lungomare. The hotel is older. Our room was not updated but our friends’ was. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking was a ten minute walk to the pier, which we didn’t mind but it may be an inconvenience for others.

To whom might need hotel offers an easy approch to it for unloading or loading bags and lugguages in front of the reception guests find a temporary parking slots, Best regards

A favorite place for us. Lovely setting. Only down side now is finding your own car parking, which is no longer allowed on site. Otherwise all is good. Out of season shouldn't be a problem. Superior rooms are the ones to book. Great balcony.
