### trois chambres et salon avec un balcon à Porto Novo, Oueme, Benin

About this space  
Located in Porto Novo on the way to the 50th anniversary in the city in the Sèto Gbodjè district. We have a security guard in the house and the fences upstairs are surrounded by electric wires. Each bedroom has its own shower and is air-conditioned. We also have the hot water system in the showers. The current is the responsibility of the customer that they can recharge on the card meter (It allows you to pay just what we consumed). There is wifi and cable Canal + Horizon TV.  
The space  
the apartment is on the first floor and has a personal card meter. There's also a garage.

All the top space is yours and the apartment is very large. The apartment is in a very easy-to-access area whether by motorbike or by car.
