First impression: the hotel is very plain and simple. However, the place grew on us (over our 5 night stay). Although the hotel is very sparse, it did have everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t take their breakfast option but found a wonderful cafe around the corner. Plus the hotel is close to a self-laundromat. It was an easy downhill walk to the historic district and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location right next to Trindade Metro Station, great for the early morning flights. 24hr reception, friendly staff, breakfast and cafe/bar, everything you need.

Hotel was a solid, mid-range accomodation. Location was very good; turn right and you're at the top of Santa Katarina, a great, bustling shopping street; turn left and you're at a metro station. Staff was very pleasant. Rooms spacious and well-kept. Breakfast was OK, but there are plenty of cafes close by.

A nice 3-star hotel close to metro
A nice hotel with some amenities close to Trindade Metro Station. A mini fridge in the room would be good. No milk provided for hot drinks. Staff were friendly and helped store luggage prior to check in and after check out so we didn’t have to carry it around.

Carpet in room was filthy and the walls need scrubbing and a new coat of paint. Quiet, friendly and hospitable staff. Very close to metro and nice local restaurants

Great location, just up the hill from Trindade station (turn right after exiting the station). I loved my corner room which was clean and spacious and was equipped with a kettle and teabags. Breakfast was great - I loved the fresh fruit options, appliance for making fresh squeezed orange juice, and the delicious pasteis de nata which is a guilty pleasure for breakfast. There is a Pingo Doce grocery store just a few blocks west of the hotel.

Very close to the center and metro station. Helpful staff, okay for a few days. Only issue was a foul smell coming out of the shower drain.

Great place to visit Porto, it's super close to the main metro station and walkable distance from the center (around 20min to the river). The amenities are great and the wifi is very fast (200mb/s) so it helped to work a bit! The staff is super friendly and was very helpful even though quite busy. The rooms are clean and well equipped. We had a great stay, uneventful, just how I like it.

EL hotel esta muy bien ubicado. La habitación es amplia. Es limpio y tiene buen servicio. Como punto de mejora, estaria faltando un frigobar en la habitacion.

Bathroom needs some maintenance. Room itself is comfortable. Location is good, metro is nearby, the city center is 10min walking distance (be aware it’s uphill on the way back). Breakfast does have not much variety but quite nice (good bread, fresh fruits, expresso coffee, etc).

Nice hotel, nothing special but clean and the staff was friendly and professional. Only problem: our shower had molds near the silicon and the smell was not pleasant at all. Definitely something to fix.

The price is ok, but for an extra USD 10 per night you can easily find a bit more comfortable rooms. Overall ok, good to sleep (except they are missing curtains that block light). Close to Trinidade station.

great hotel for a city trip
Perfect place for a city trip and very affordable, awesome bargain! The hotel is in excellent condition. Room was supercomfy, great shower, kettle in the room, English TV channels, big window (overlooking the historical centre), 5min walk to the Trinidade Metro tram station which takes you directly to the airport. Eating places nearby. Supermarkets (Froiz&Pingo Doce) 10 min walk away. Staff are extremely friendly, polite & helpful. 24h reception. Rental car companies also just around the corner (Europecar, Hertz& Tourisent!). Would deffo come again.
