Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Everything worked so no complaints with room and amenities. Location is more on the north east end of the city and isn't always ideal but you can walk to a good selection of restaurants within 20-25 minutes. There is a taxi station right outside of the building which is convenient but Uber / Bolt are also slightly cheaper options.

It was very clean and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked an enormous cemetery which was creepy, and the beds were too hard. Aside from that, very nice hotel.

Our room was great, lots of space. Bathroom was modern and all very clean. Reception staff were really helpful with any queries we had. Breakfast was good, everything you would expect and plenty to choose from.

Just return from Porto. The hotel is very clean. I can't find a fault. My room very clean. All amenities perfect. I truly can't find any fault - absolutely amazing. You can choose from the vast variety options for breakfast. The staff are friendly, approachable, and make you feel very welcome. The good reviews I read before booking this hotel are true. I will always book this hotel whenever I am in Porto. Where the hotel is situated is a added bonus because it is five minutes walk to the shopping centre and food market where you can dine out.

Staff was lovely and room was spacious and comfy. My only comment is on the bathroom door, it doesn't lock and it's clear. My toddler was shouting and watching me from the door while I was sitting on the toilet Ahah apart from that, I recommend.

Staff was available 24/7, which was nice for our early departure. We were nicely surprised with the availability of a snack even when our departure was very early in the morning. Breakfast was plentiful but the space where the breakfast was tended to get crowded quickly. Room was clean and with a great view towards the ocean, however it had a minor architectural layout issue with the bathroom. Most of all we had a parking spot below the hotel.
