The staff here was incredibly wonderful, they helped us schedule tours and shared all kinds of great local info. They booked our winery tours for us in Douro Valley, gave us much appreciated info about the local area the subway system and spots to get off and explore. They had an underground parking, a fabulous bar and restaurant! We want to thank Paulo the bartender for all of his amazing info and fabulous attention to us! He was always always smiling and remembered our names, and treated us daily! Told us great info about restaurants and wine and Porto, shared many fun stories and was the true ambassador of the hotel. Very professional and genuinely friendly, we looked forward to seeing him and chatting with him at the end of everyday! Thanks Paulo for making our stay an off the charts experience! The breakfast was also a wonderful addition and the location was perfect. A four or five block walk to the subway system into Porto, with a quick 20 minute ride very easy to navigate and most importantly very safe. We’ll be back God willing!

It’s a great place and perfect location. Only a couple little things. There was no shampoo—we had 2 body washes and 1 conditioner. I didn’t realize it until I was already in the shower. Also, there’s a door hanger to order breakfast. You’re supposed to put it on your door by 11:30pm. We did that. They took it. We never got our breakfast. Apparently it was never ordered. I guess there’s an additional process that wasn’t explained. We had given our card to the front desk for it. So not sure. But first world problems. We will totally stay here again. The staff was really nice.

What a find! Staff from the minute we entered until we checked out were incredible. Great service and food at restaurant. One block to beach. Only downside was the shower needed a good cleaning!

Great find. Excellent helpful staff.
Lovely hotel with great welcoming staff. Ideal for visiting Porto without the expense of staying there. No 500 bus regular & cheap runs until midnight. Great fish restaurants close by. Best atmosphere in hotel bar we've experienced in a long time. Understand good for Porto airport too.

Great stay - highly recommend.
We arrived late after a flight delay. We were checked in quickly and with helpful advice. We then had a late dinner in the hotel at 10:40pm which was very good and well priced. My wife’s birthday was the next morning and they brought her a birthday cake to the breakfast table which was lovely. Breakfast had a very high standard of selection and well worth it. The room was great. Having the fridge, kettle, coffee maker & microwave was all great. The look was very modern. About a 2 minute walk from the beach. Didn’t really explore much of the surroundings as we were here as a stopover. However, Hotel was brilliant & I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay in a lovely hotel, made even better by the amazing team - I've genuinely never had such friendly, kind and thoughtful service. Super comfortable, brilliant shower, great hairdryer, really nice breakfast. Thoroughly recommend and will be back.

Awesome Property
Great property. Super clean and new. 2 blocks from beach. Close transport to to airport. Front desk and housekeeping showed up with excellent hospitality. Beds very comfortable. Great place to end our Camino before flying home. Restaurant on property was very good.
