We were not on the same floor as we have requested few months back. One of our friends got room where you go in elevator with luggage and then you have to climb 6 steps with big bags. We requested but they didn’t do anything and no help with luggage. My friend Biscuitwala was coming down with her luggage she fell down on steps. Very poor customer care.

A wonderful oasis in the midst of a busy city!
Our reservation was for another Eurostar hotel nearby which was getting renovated so we were moved to the Alianza hotel that was very nice, well located and had the most wonderful staff from the reception to the concierge all gave us good advice and were extremely helpful.

Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Hotel is not providing free shuttle to airport despite a lot of hotels around are. It was confusing when you reed that they do and unable to find shutle upon arrival.

There was there was a guy yelling out our front selling your lottery tickets at 8:00 in the morning. Everyday of the three days you stand there. Also the hotel charge me 40 bucks for stuff like water and stuff that is for you to complementary and American Hotel but this is not let us know let them anymore even the water they would charge

Amazing location and short walk from everywhere if interest. Nice clean rooms with huge bathrooms. Ask for rooms to the rear as the front can get noisy especially on weekends. Staff are meticulous friendly and super helpful. They made every effort to enhance and make our stay memorable. Nothing was too much trouble. Francisca Ana Laura Daniel Sergio Andrea and Guilherme were the ones I liaised with the most but I’m sure I have missed someone for sure. If so I apologise. Breakfast was good and the fruit selection wow it blew me away. I actually looked forward to the breakfast. Everything was delicious and with a good varied selection Good show you guys. Thank you and we will be back I am sure. See you all very soon

The location of the hotel was very convenient. 2 in walk from Sao Bento train station. Convenient for uptown or downtown excursions. It was frustrating that in order to get a balcony I had to get a Jr suite - this Jr suite was not eligible for upgrade since it was the best. The rooms and bed was comfortable and clean. The chairs and couch in front room were rigid and uncomfortable. Staff at front were uninviting. The bar was rarely staffed with anyone that knew how to mix a drink.
