  • A tastefully furnished two-room penthouse suite located in a building with various living options, approximately 250 metres from the sea and just a short walk from the centre of Porto Cesareo. Residential area with excellent amenities. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, TV, bathroom, bedroom, air conditioning, laundry area, and a front veranda equipped with a sun deck for exclusive use.

    The Space
    The penthouse suite, featuring a sun deck with ocean views expanded in spring 2024, is a one-bedroom apartment: a living area with a kitchen and a sofa bed (for a third person), a bathroom, and a double bedroom. Outdoor sun deck and breakfast area

    The penthouse is located on the second floor of a building with various accommodation options. The second floor is accessed via a spiral staircase

    The spiral staircase is clearly visible in the photos. The beach is about 250 metres away (low cliffs). The nearest beaches (both public and private)
    are about 450 metres away. The town centre is easily reached on foot, and the nearest supermarket is about 500 metres away.
