The villa has a beautiful garden with a shaded veranda for outdoor lunch and dinner, parking space and outdoor shower. The property has a large entrance hall, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ideal for those who want to spend a holiday near the sea of Salento in one of the most beautiful corners of the beach. The accommodation has a living room equipped with a sofa bed and an outdoor area where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors. Beds: bedroom 01 (double bed), bedroom 02 (double bed + single bed), bedroom 03 (bunk bed), living room (sofa bed for one and a half) Bathroom composition: bathroom 01 (toilet, bidet, shower), bathroom 02 (toilet, bidet, shower) Air conditioning: the accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in the hallway of the sleeping area Parking space: the accommodation has a free parking space included Water supply: the accommodation is not connected to the water network, water supplied from the cistern The property is developed on the ground floor (not built above).
