Going up the stairs you access the first floor, cleverly divided into two distinct rooms to ensure maximum privacy and livability:

Living Area (Room 1): A large and bright air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The space overlooks a large balcony and is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed. A practical service bathroom completes this area.
Sleeping Area (Room 2): A corridor equipped with air conditioning (strategically positioned to perfectly cool both rooms) leads to the bedrooms: 1 spacious and refined double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends, a main bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms overlook an additional large outdoor balcony .

Going up again, you access the highlight of the house: a fantastic terrace for totally exclusive use. A real open-air living room that offers a breathtaking view of the beautiful lake. The terrace is perfectly equipped for any time of the day:
