A bit out of the way and surrounding area isnt the nicest but one of the nicest beaches in Italy so far. Hotel is nice, well maintained, great staff. Excellent breakfast, easy parking and the sunsets from the beach bar are outstanding!

Location, location , location, the Dune suite hotel is perfectly located in Porto Cesareo, about 3-4 km from the historical center with many good restaurants. Most importantly this hotel has a beautiful beach across the street, on the Ionian sea, 24 Celsius and calm 10/10 for the first week of October. At this period 2 transats and a parasol are complimentary. There is a nice bar and an evening restaurant plus takeout counters for lunch that you can eat at the beach. The rooftop pool setup of the hotel is very nice with lounge furniture and a perfect view of the sunset! Breakfast is absolutely complete and delicious. Would recommend without any doubt.

The breakfast was ok but if you arrived after 9.30 (breakfast finishes at 10am) the food was being cleared away, tables weren't re-laid. Staff at breakfast weren't very friendly and it was difficult getting a coffee. The main waiter was incredibly rude and almost took a croissant from my husband on the first day! Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room nice - although beware suite if you have mobility issues as bed very low and shower / bath up a number of stairs. Restaurant opposite hotel on beach (where you could use your half board voucher ) was excellent and very good value. Good location for beach and close to bus to harbour area.

Most stuff was closed when we visited in early March but the hotel has a beach bar and restaurant across the road which were very good. Can recommend this hotel at this time of year for being so quiet. You do need a hire car though if you intend to visit sights in the area.

Lovely quiet pool. Great access to the beach (28 euros for 2 beds and parasol) We booked the suite which was very spacious and comfortable although it’s a bit like room Austin Powers would like. Decorated in very dark colours and the huge round bed swallows you. Nice staff. Free bikes which are great as you are 30 minute walk from the centre and there’s not much around the hotel in the evening.

Perfect location for an excellent beach - with great amenities. Excellent half board package delivered a great dining experience. Within a reasonable walking distance to the town centre and the restaurants/bars/shopping/sights there. The whole hotel team went to great lengths to look after us and no ask was too much. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view from rooms facing the ocean. Gardens are also beautiful. Very steep hill to walk around the grounds. Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. Very big, complete breakfast (where the staff there were very nice compared to front desk). Wifi wasn’t working the whole day (was working previously). We were told when we called, in late afternoon, to try again (which I did may times), because it worked at front desk! It seems it was my problem (no offer to troubleshoot). Front desk is far (steep hill) from rooms, so no easy task to just go there to meet them. Opted to go to delicious, simple and traditional restaurant across the street (S. Marguerita)for dinner. Looks like nothing from stree but has a lovely little inner courtyard.Andrea there was great and accommodating, highly recommend!

Despite making a reservation, the restaurant decided to serve others who had come in after us first and we had to wait a full hour to get any kind of service. Then the waiter demanded a tip at the end of the night. On the private beach associated with the hotel, we were booted off of the open section of the beach to a crowded space with not enough room for all of us. And then the staff told us it could not be helped and that “in their opinion” this did not happen and did not want to help us at all. I said “isn’t it our opinion that counts? I’m the customer paying for all of this” and they shrugged their shoulders. I highly recommend that NO ONE should stay there. It was truly awful overall and not worth the money that we shelled out for it.

Un excellent séjour ! Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. La propreté est irréprochable et le petit déjeuner excellent. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal avec une plage privée à seulement 100 mètres. ​La terrasse avec piscine (non chauffée) et bar est particulièrement agréable. Un vrai plus également pour le parking privé accessible 24h/24. ​Seul petit bémol : les horaires du SPA en hors saison. ​En résumé, cet établissement réunit tous les atouts pour passer un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Langweiliges Frühstück, jeden Tag gleich. WLAN endet, sobald ihr auch noch einen Schritt aus dem Haus raus macht, auch kein WLAN am Pool oder auf der Terrasse. Die Betten sind grausam. Einfaches Drahtgestell mit schlechter Matratze.

Sicuramente il plus di questa struttura è la possibilità di lettini ed ombrelloni in spiaggia attraversando semplicemente la strada, anche se per gli ospiti dell'albergo dovrebbe rientrare nel prezzo.Per quanto riguarda le camere, le dimensioni sono giuste anche se quelle al piano terra sono abbastanza umide, mentre per la pulizia si potrebbe migliorare.Il personale, disponibile e simpatico, la colazione, invece, dovrebbe essere migliorata per qualità di prodotti e offerta.Nota assolutamente negativa la cucina durante la cena, i piatti volevano essere ricercati ma i più delle volte non avevano sapore e arrivavano in tavola freddi. Il ristorante Aqua molto bello sul mare per pranzo con qualità del cibo e servizio ottimo. Nel complesso rapporto qualità/prezzo un po'alto considerando gli extra ( tipo spiaggia o mp al ristorante Aqua).Ideale per famiglie con bambini.

Nous n'avons pas tester le spa. Pour la chambre: la première ne donnait pas sur la plage et il y avait un fort bruit et pas de lumière à l'entrée de la chambre. Ils nous ont changé de chambre et là pire que tout la chambre donne sur une maison d'habitation avec 2 chiens qui ne cessent d'aboyer !!!! Navons pas osé demander à changer de chambre une fois encore. Plage extraordinaire, eau claire, resto de l'hôtel fermé, 2eme resto de l'hôtel AQUA ouvert mais vide et cher. Pas la bonne période? ... Personnel extrêmement gentil. Hôtel propre. Barman de la piscine au top!
