Each two-room apartment is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, electric oven, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets. The washing machine is shared. There are a total of three one-bedroom apartments, each with its own exclusive equipped outdoor space and parking space. Pets are allowed. The area falls within the Porto Cesareo Marine Protected Area. The sea is just 200 meters away and offers one of the most evocative stretches of the Ionian coast, with crystal-clear waters, sandy coves or low, practicable cliffs. Just 900 meters away are the first equipped lidos. All the main services are just 1.5 km away, with shops, typical small restaurants also on the beach, public transport by bus. \- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). \- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. \- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. \- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
