At the back there is an appurtenant courtyard with a small vegetable garden, outdoor shower and a practical pilozza. The apartment stands in a large garden shared with another studio apartment. The property is very close to the seafront, the town beach and the western riviera. The location makes it possible to take beautiful walks and enjoy exceptional sunsets while sipping an aperitif in the nearby seaside clubs, all within walking distance. The town center and all services are a few hundred meters away and within walking distance. The first equipped lidos are about 800 meters away. \- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
