The corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a broom closet with washing machine. Moreover, there is an outdoor heated shower. The closest beach is Tabù, with a beach establishment, cafè and restaurant. The city centre of Porto Cesareo, one of the most famous tourist destinations in Salento, known for its beaches, crystal clear sea and services, is 2 kilometers away. \- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). \- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. \- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. \- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. \- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 35 to pay upon arrival. \- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
