Private: large, beautiful terraced garden (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access (500 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 1.6 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bar 1 km, pedestrian zone 1.5 km, bus stop 750 m, sandy beach "Barbarossa" 1.6 km. Nearby attractions: Spiaggia di Barabarca / Norsi 7 km, Capoliveri 7 km, Portoferraio 14 km. Hiking paths: Monte Capanne 30 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
