Familiär, gemütlich und mit schönem Pool

Sehr gemütlich und familiär, der Pool mit der Aussicht auf die umliegenden grünen Hügel und auf das Städtchen Capoliveri war das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und komfortabel. Besonders schön war auch der Aussensitzplatz. Die Inhaberfamilie war sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. An den Strand gehts mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten.

Nærhed og velkommenhed og stadig meget privat

Utrolige venlige og gæstfrihed værter, de vil gøre alt for at DU får en dejlig oplevelse hos dem. Vi fik en flaske af deres egen vin blot fordi de synes det - den skulle vi smage mente de :-) den var rigtig god. Kort og enkelt - vi kommer bestemt tilbage...!!

Wunderschöne Anlage

Die Anlage liegt romantisch zwischen Weinstöcken und Olivenbäumen. Es sind mehrere kleine Häuschen die sich am Hang in einem Pinienhain verteilen. Am unteren Ende der Anlage liegt ein großer sauberer Salzwasserpool mit einem unglaublichen Blick auf Capoliveri. Der Senior-Besitzer hegt und pflegt seine Pflanzen, es gibt Palmen, Oliven und eine unglaubliche Menge an wunderschönen Oleandern. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und es herrscht ein angenehmes stressfreies Klima - auch in der Hochsaison

Delizioso e ottima gestione

Abbiamo soggiornato a inizio giugno in questo residence situato in ottima posizione, a pochi minuti da Capoliveri e Porto Azzurro (incantevole quest'ultimo!). L'accesso è tramite piccola stradina sterrata in mezzo agli ulivi, il residence è situato in una collinetta con vista Capoliveri, la gestione è a dir poco cordiale e impeccabile, il proprietario gestisce con la moglie e il figlio, sono sempre stati prodighi di consigli su spiagge, venti e mari, segnalandoci la bellissima spiaggia di Zuccale che molte guide non la segnalano! Piscina e giardino curatissimi, l'appartamento aveva un angolo cucina con stoviglie tazze e pentole e un divano-letto, molto comodo nonostante qualche nostra perplessità iniziale viste le foto di bei letti viste qui su tripadvisor... è stato comunque comodo! Consigliatissimo, paesaggio super in un angolo di verde e piscina sempre esposta al sole durante tutto l'arco della giornata, ce ne fossero di posti così dove soggiornare! Se vi può creare disagio dormire in un divano letto (a noi non ne ha creato, è comunque piuttosto basso e con materasso non spesso) accertatevi prima o durante la prenotazione di avere un letto e non un divano-letto.

Splendido Residence in posizione strategica

Abbiamo prenotato il pernottamento per i primi di maggio senza conoscere l'sola d'Elba scegliendo il Residence della Luna per le recensioni, foto e per il buon rapporto di prezzo/qualità, essedo la mia famiglia numerosa. Ora posso dire che lo abbiamo trovato più bello di quanto ci aspettavamo, immerso in una pineta, sul versante di una collina appena fuori Porto Azzurro con splendida vista sul paese di Capoliveri, in posizione strategica dal quale si può raggiungere in pochi minuti le principali e più belle spiagge dell'isola a secondo delle preferenze e da dove tira il vento. la conduzione è famigliare ma di altissima professionalità e passione, tutti si sono dimostrati disponibili e gentilissimi dandoci anche preziosi consigli sui posti da visitare. Visto il periodo di bassa stagione abbiamo goduto appieno della bellezza dell'isola esplorandola in tutte le sue parti. Siamo stati benissimo e stiamo già pensando a quando tornare.

Gran bel Residence vicino a spiagge e Porto Azzurr

Immerso tra ulivi piante aromatiche e vigneti il Residence della Luna si trova vicino a Porto Azzurro e molte spiagge del versante Sud dell isola. Posto incantevole per una vacanza con i bambini avendo disposizione un parco giochi... Grandissima ospitalita' e disponibilità dei gestori! Ci torneremo
