"Thin wall. We keep hearing kids running outside the hallway or someone walking above. Other minor points were room-hold charge and parking fee, which make it less enticing than other nearby hotels."

"The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and I loved my room on the 14th floor: very clean, with an amazingly comfy bed, a huge tub, fantastic view of the downtown and a refrigerator.
