Designed for comfort and connection, this amenity-packed retreat offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay while exploring Portland and the greater Pacific Northwest. Step inside to find a bright, open main level that blends relaxation and recreation. The fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into a spacious entertainment area where you can play a round of pool or lounge on plush seating beneath streams of natural light pouring through oversized windows. Just beyond, a charming deck awaits—grill your favorite meals on the BBQ, unwind beneath bistro lights, and soak up the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere. This level also features one of the home’s comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a private workout room for guests looking to balance out Portland’s legendary dining scene. Head downstairs to a beautifully furnished lower level designed for unwinding. Mix a drink at the wet bar and enjoy a movie night on the large flat-screen TV, or rejuvenate your body in the private sauna after a day of adventure. Step outside to the ground-level patio and gather around the fire-table for cozy evenings under the Oregon sky. \*There is one security camera placed outside overlooking the driveway, and one security camera placed near the back deck which is not guest focused. Please ask if you have any questions regarding this. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. This was not in the description and we stayed with our cats and dog. Our pets and that cat were very stressed during our stay, unfortunately. There was also an alarm incident where we did not have the code to turn it off, and no one could get a hold of the owner for multiple hours. Police came. Every time a door or even a window opened the alarm went off and police were notified. The place was nice enough but there are things that could definitely beimproved. It easily ticked off all the boxes on our checklist and was comfortable and accommodating for our family of four. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a locally made bottle of wine, setting the tone for a great Portland experience. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with every cooking tool we needed, which allowed us to enjoy homemade breakfasts and dinners. Its proximity to the freeway provided us with easy access to downtown Portland. If you like the outdoors there are great parks in Portland. From hikes in Forest Park to the rose garden in Washington Park. I needed to do some work during our stay and appreciated the strong and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the house. For our children, the punching bag in the exercise room and pool table provided plenty of entertainment, so much so that the huge TV in the living room stayed off. Though we didn't get a chance to try it, the sauna, found behind the folding doors at the bottom of the stairs, is worth mentioning. There is also a washer and dryer by the sauna that we were happy to have. The home also had an outdoor BBQ, a downstairs fridge, and a wet bar, making it an excellent choice for two couples.
