• You must take a flight of stairs to reach the apartment

• This apartment is located in a multi-unit building, so occasional noise from other tenants may be heard.

• The unit faces a lively, central street—an unbeatable location, but some ambient city noise is possible.

• There is no dedicated parking, but metered street parking is available. Meters accept cards, and you can also use the Parking Kitty app to pay.

• There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but a laundromat is just a short walk away.
