Centrally located in the heart of NE Portland with easy airport access and all that Northeast Portland has to offer. This welcoming space features new appliances, open living space, and prime location. Located steps away from convenient stores, restaurants, and other high populated areas such as the Alberta Arts District, you'll never run out of things to do or places to go. A little more info about the space: This two bedroom duplex will have everything you need for your Portland trip. The units comes with self check-in, free street parking, and plenty of amenities. Plus a convenient location within walking distance to several popular restaurants, bars, and coffee shops + more. This is an ideal home base to explore Portland. ❋BEDROOMS❋ There are two bedrooms located upstairs in the unit. One features a king size bed while the other features a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have their own privacy and bathrooms conveniently located within. ❋BATHROOMS❋ This unit does feature 2.5 baths. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom with a full bath tub, while the guest bedroom has it's own bathroom with a stand in shower.
