Built in the 1930s by the current owner's family, this delightful retreat offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern amenities, making it the perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure. Situated on the picturesque Tualatin River, Riverwood boasts its own private dock, providing direct access to the tranquil waters. Whether you're fishing, kayaking, or simply soaking up the peaceful ambiance, the river is yours to explore. Please note, while we offer a couple of water toys for your enjoyment, they are to be used at your own risk, so please be safe. The property is surrounded by gorgeous trees, creating a secluded and tranquil environment where you can truly unwind. Enjoy the natural beauty from the comfort of the outdoor seating area, complete with a fire-table, sauna, and BBQ. Overlooking the river, this space is perfect for cozy evenings, al fresco dining, and rejuvenating sauna sessions. Inside, the home retains its historic charm and comforts. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. Please do note, this home is almost 100 years old. There are quirks and imperfections at times. This home is meant to provide a laid back retreat with a truly spectacular outdoor space. PET FRIENDLY: \*\*There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel.
