The Neighborhood:

You're in Kerns - one of NE Portland's best-kept secrets for food. The neighborhood is centered around the 28th Avenue restaurant corridor, where you can walk to Korean and Cuban dining, craft beer, and Vietnamese food.



Han Oak is the standout - chef Peter Cho's Korean restaurant. Check the current menu and plan ahead for reservations. Pambiche is a Portland institution serving Cuban food. Explore the Cuban dishes and cocktails. No reservations, just walk in.



Friendship Kitchen does incredible Vietnamese food with creative cocktails - explore the current menu for a meal out. Migration Brewing is our go-to for craft beer - check the Glisan brewpub for current offerings. Seven Virtues Coffee Roasters is a neighborhood coffee roaster - the perfect morning start.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
