Han Oak is the standout - chef Peter Cho's Korean restaurant has been featured on Netflix's Ugly Delicious and Somebody Feed Phil, and he's a multiple James Beard Award nominee. The seasonal tasting menus are built around Oregon ingredients and Korean traditions, and late nights sometimes turn into karaoke (seriously). Book ahead - this one fills up.
