Centrally located, it is only a 5 minute walk to Alberta Street, which is full of restaurants, coffee shops, pubs/bars, and charming quirky shops; a 7 minute walk to beautiful Wilshire Park; and a 10 minute walk to New Seasons grocery store. Downtown Portland is only a 10 min drive, and there is a bus stop 1 block away. This is a spacious, finished basement apartment with one bedroom, full bath, living room, kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The bedroom includes a queen size bed, a vanity, and egress window, and a clothes closet. The living room is cozy with a sofa that opens into a small bed, arm chairs, a desk, a full set of dumbbell weights, a yoga mat, and stretch bands, and a chrome cast projector with a large movie screen. Both the bedroom and living room have wall to wall carpeting. The bathroom is large with a shower/tub, toilet, sink and large mirror. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dining table, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and a two burner electric hot plate. There is a large sink and faucet, a long counter top with drawers and cabinets underneath, dishware, cooking pots and pans and other utensils, and a washer and dryer. This basement apartment has its own entrance next to the garage in the back of the house. Guests will also have access to a large, covered, west facing front porch with patio furniture and a two person swing that looks down to a beautiful front yard garden. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtain in the bedroom was very helpful for rest.
