The host checked in on us via VRBO messages & was available but not needed for problems. There is one bedroom with a very comfortable bed & a nice private garden. There is a fold out single cot which would be fine for a kid or smaller person & was fine for me (not a picky sleeper), but might not be comfy if you are fussy or very tall. The kitchenette has no sink but the host will wash your dishes for you if needed (we did not except upon check-out) nice microwave, Kuerig coffee maker, fridge, plates & utensils & a few condiments were provided.
