Renovated Portland Single Story Home- Wine Country, Amaterra, Nike, Zoo, Intel
- Come stay at our beautifully renovated single story Portland home featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, extra bonus office/tv room, laundry room and spacious fully fenced backyard. This house is perfect for a quick trip to Portland or a long term rental. Close to downtown, Amaterra, Nike, Intel, the Oregon Zoo, Forest Park, Portland Children’s Museum, Washington Park, and more! Drive 20 minutes to Oregon Wine Country, an hour to the Coast, or an hour to Mt Hood.
Our ranch style home with tasteful décor can accommodate up to 5 adults in beds and 3 additional guests on couches/air mattresses. We have all brand-new furniture and high-end mattresses, fully stocked kitchen and brand new gorgeous bathrooms, high end appliances, new washer and dryer etc. This home has everything that makes you feel at home. Perfect for couples, business travelers, and a family with kids. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, so no large/loud parties are permitted.
The home has three bedrooms. 1. Master bedroom with a king bed. 2. Second bedroom with a queen bed. 3. Third bedroom with a twin bed and a crib.
There is an additional front fully enclosed sitting room with a glass panel door. It does not have a closet, but there is a dresser and a tv. There is a non-sleeper sofa in that room and we do provide a Queen air mattress and linens for the air mattress. Many of our guests use it as an additional 4th bedroom with the Queen air mattress.
The garage is not available to guests and will be locked. Please feel free to park two cars in the driveway. There is also parking on the opposite side of the street right in front of the home.
The home is not fully ADA compliant but is very comfortable for guests with disabilities. To enter the home, you will have to step up a couple of inches over the threshold, but once inside the home is a single level. The master bathroom has a roll in shower, extra wide doorway into the bathroom, and grab bars in the shower.
