We witnessed the abuse of a cat by an individual at the property and verbally intervened. Due to our proximity to the known danger and the threat of retaliation we left immediately.There was nothing within Vrbo or on the property that identified the higher crime in the area.I am by no means attempting to degrade the house. The house itself was very new and nice. But I believe it to be important for anyone to be informed of the risks. Do not allow children to be unattended. Do not allow pets unattended. The fence of the property had many missing/loose boards that would allow your pet to get out. ##### Westin H.
