Our newly built in-law apartment is located on a quiet street close to McMenamins Kennedy School hotel, Extracto Coffee, Wilder restaurant, Dame restaurant, Gabbiano's restaurant, Bardo Tea (tea and meditation), The People's Yoga, Teote Tavern, New Seasons Supermarket. You’ll love our place because of the comfy bed, the neighborhood, the coziness, the light, the kitchen, the local joints. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), travelers with a pet.

We stayed here during a small home project. Proximity was great. The space is the perfect size and very well maintained. We enjoyed going to the restaurants and coffee shop just up the street. Appreciate that it is on a quiet street and close to Alberta St with its shops and restaurants. Highly recommend it!
The rental was charming and comfortable. The amenities had everything we could possibly need and we appreciated the special touches that the host provided for us. The host was easy to communicate with and friendly. I super enjoyed the location in a quaint and lovely neighborhood within walking distance from shops.
Stayed at this location because of its proximity to family, but, was pleased with its comfort and accessibility to grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. Was a lovely landing pad for our family as we explored the PNW. Would definitely book again!
Great spot in NE PDX. It was super quiet and a nice neighborhood to walk our pups and spend a quick evening in the city. Well located to restaurants and shops. It was clean and had everything we needed. I especially loved the body wash scent in the shower!
Had A wonderful time in Portland, Michael was very accommodating to all of Our needs, and the location was amazing could walk to everything you need and seeing all beautiful colors of Fall was breathtaking
Super clean, so comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower, well laid out for privacy. Beautiful landscaping with big trees and colorful leaves in the neighborhood, charming houses. While this is an apartment it really feels like more of a house in its design. Would stay anytime in Portland. As treet parking was fine. Once we had to park maybe 60 seconds away but usually in front of the property. Feels really safe at night. Exceptionally clean space. Can't say enough positives.
Good: Big closets. Location is close to stores, cafes. Prompt repair of lamp. Bottle of wine and bottles of water were waiting for us when we arrived. Plenty of good towels and laundry supplies. Plenty of umbrellas for rainy days. Nice TV with good reception. Motion activated night lights throughout the unit. Needs info: Unit is very close to neighbors so sound and marijuana smoke gets in through the open window of the back bedroom. It is only a portable a/c in the living room to cool the entire unit. Unit is on the ground floor, so you sometimes hear owners upstairs. Needs improvement: Plants on the walkway to the unit are overgrown and need to be trimmed. Sofa is not very comfortable. Dining area has high rise chairs and table, and are not comfortable for other than quick meals.
Cute little apartment tucked into a quiet neighborhood. Excellent base for walking to Alberta Street and Kennedy School House. Would definitely stay there again.
Perfect for our visit to Portland. We were able to walk to restaurants and the grocery store. Enjoyed exercising in the peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

We had 2 nights in Portland. We wanted to be near family & museum in EAST Portland. Also, did not want steps. This was perfect, quiet street because one end is blocked off for restaurants & the restaurants were good. Would absolutely stay here again & recommend it to other family members.
