The space The living space is bright and cozy, but also with plenty of space (3bedroom 3 bath), perfect for a family vacation or a group of friends traveling! Easy to get downtown without a car since the Tri-Met bus line is a 6 min walk (0.3 miles) and takes you into the MAX station at the center of Beaverton where there are plenty of restaurants, bar, shopping, and Saturday Farmer’s Markets, etc. It’s also a perfect place to stay in to relax with an outdoor patio and private backyard the backyard to enjoy all year round. Bright and modern house, with electrical outlet close enough to driveway for trickle charging an PHEV or EV car. The area is super quiet. Central air conditioning was great for a super comfortable stay in the hot summer. 3 bedrooms in total, to sleep up to 6 people. The primary bedroom has a big ensuite bathroom. One other bedroom has a powder room attached to it. And there is a full bathroom in the between 2 bedrooms. Owner is responsive to questions, answers mesaages quickly. It is in need of a few comforts of home in the kitchen (e.g. mixing bowl, bigger frying pan, a few more dishes, a dish rack, hand soap), bedrooms, and living area, but these can be easily remedied if the owner stocks a few more supplies to make it more comfortable, especially if you are traveling with a group of 4 or more. ##### Miranda D. The beautiful backyard pictured was only half mowed and the back deck gets like a sauna in the sun. We were looking forward to spending time out there but didn't because of the heat. The curtains let in a lot of light, which is nice during the day but not for sleeping if you prefer the dark, so bring your eye mask. Overall a quiet, nice neighborhood.
