Beautiful newer and modern apartment with private entrance on street level. This one-bedroom apartment includes a queen-size bed plus a new sofa-bed - both with memory foam mattresses. The full kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven and range plus it is fully stocked for your stay. Irving Park is two blocks away. Starbucks & Whole Foods are just four blocks away. Walk 10 mins to Alberta Arts District or Williams District for Portland's best shops, bars, and restaurants. The bedroom has a queen bed featuring a Casper memory foam mattress, end-table and full closet. The living room has a top-grain leather sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. The kitchen has everything you need to complete your stay plus a full-size fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop and microwave. You will love the Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods. There is also a full-size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent. All bathroom toiletries are included. The double windows allow plenty of light or pull down the room-darkening shades for full privacy. You'll appreciate being within walking distance to some of Portland's best and well-known neighborhoods. Alberta Arts District, Mississippi District, Williams & Vancouver streets are all within a short walking distance. Downtown is only 10 minutes away by car. We are close to the city bus stops which can take you anywhere you may need to go to the metro area. We are LGBTQ friendly! Fees apply for late check-out (when available). The entrance is sidewalk level. Parking is available in front of the apartment on the street. No permit is required. Guests have access to the entire private apartment with private entrance. This apartment is on the lower level of a family home. Because we live upstairs, we are available if needed. Found amazing food and drinks all with in a few blocks. Darling neighborhoods. Quiet street. Hosts checked in on our wellbeing but all was good and quality amenities were provided and appreciated.
