The Space: Fully renovated for Summer 2023, this beautifully remodeled historic 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is in the heart of the Alphabet District on NW 23rd Ave, boasting a walk score of 99\. Designed with luxury and comfort in mind, this space is truly unique in the area. Our driveway accommodates two vehicles, and the top floor balcony offers stunning views of NW 23rd Avenue! Conveniently located near Alberta Arts, Historic Mississippi Ave, the Pearl, and Downtown PDX, you’ll have easy access to all the best parts of Portland. Spanning 2000 sq ft, this spacious home features brand new floors, paint, bathrooms, and furniture. Equipped with both heat and AC, it includes four brand new queen beds with comfortable down comforters, duvets, and large pillows, one pullout queen sofa, and a queen aerobed for larger groups.
