Chat with neighbors on the front porch or watch wildlife and hang out in the backyard picnic tables. Comfortable beds and two full baths makes it good for group of 4-6 people. The golf cart is a godsend but there are bicycles and kayaks for land and water exploration. We didn't make it to the lovely looking pool or rec center for gym/bowling but they look like lots of fun. Rental and check-in was easy with quick communication from Ethan the owner. Pro-tips: 1) Be sure to take the ferry from Portland to the Diamond Cove dock NOT the Great Diamond Island dock. Ferry tickets are cheapest at 14 ea; other option is to book a personal water taxi 75 (takes up to 6 people). 2) There's no typical general store just a restaurant with a gift shop, so bring all your groceries with you. ##### Anna P.
