It has full kitchen, laundry, etc., of its own, but you'd also have access to the community's common house (with projector screen, games, workout equipment, toys, and a come-if-you-want Monday-night potluck), sauna, hot-soak tub, firepit, and outdoor play structure. All 23 homes are owner-occupied by people of many ages and household types; about half of homes have kids under 15, about a third are retired singles and couples, and some people also have a roommate.
