Two-bedroom apartment in historic SE Portland home with private access, located in the middle of all the restaurants, shops, galleries, and nightlife Clinton Street has to offer. 150 Feet to La Moule, Cafe Broder, Dots Cafe, Clinton Street Coffee House and several other restaurants and bars. 5 minute walk to the heart of division street as well! The space Just renovated! The space includes a living + dining + kitchen area complete with a dining room table + 4 chairs. There are two barstools at minibar on kitchen that opens to full living room. Two bedrooms with Queen-sized beds and big closets. Fresh bathroom with glass doored tile shower. It’s located conveniently near family and lots of amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Very walkable and safe. The apartment was well insulated from sounds outside. Parking was easy. The decor and updates are nice and the bedrooms are very spacious and equipped with closets, hangers, and dressers (which for me is important). The apartment was clean. There are rugs that mostly cover a concrete floor so I recommend slippers for the spots that aren’t covered. Can be cold on the feet. The full kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishwasher. It does not have a garbage disposal so be careful when rinsing dishes. The convenience of a washer & dryer was definitely a bonus. I really appreciated that there were amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I had forgotten mine. And the host was so very helpful and responded quickly to my questions.
