The Space: – Ideally located between the vibrant Hawthorne commercial sector and the historic, tree-lined streets of Ladd's Addition. – Meticulously designed space with sleek, stylish decor and a soothing atmosphere. – High-grade finishes including mini-split heating and cooling, stainless steel appliances, and 9-foot ceilings. – Large windows that allow ample natural light. – Features gorgeous cabinetry, a giant 4K HDTV, and high-speed WiFi for added comfort and luxury. There are three separate structures in my complex and one other unit in my building. The Neighborhood: Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District puts you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors, with no chain restaurants in sight! Make new friends over vegan poutine fries and grilled PB&Js at the Cartopia food cart pod, get messy with wings right around the corner at Fire on the Mountain, share a pie at Apizza Scholls (consistently voted Portland’s favorite pizza), or opt for a fancy night out at Castagna—all within a 1.5-mile stretch. Portland isn't just for foodies; the vibrant indie spirit of Hawthorne is alive with plenty of made-in-Oregon shops and boutiques to explore. Catch a movie at the Bagdad Theater and Pub, a revamped 1920s theater turned view-and-brew venue serving local McMenamins food and microbrews.
