"The room had small sugar ants in the refrigerator and crawling across the desk, the carpet was in rough shape and really needed cleaning. I couldn’t be upset, because they appear to be in the middle of a remodel."

"My stay at Dossier Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, cozy, and welcoming it has such a warm boutique feel and doesn’t feel like a big chain hotel at all. Every detail made the experience feel comfortable and elevated. A huge thank you to Matty at the front desk for the outstanding hospitality. Truly topnotch service professional, kind, attentive, and made the stay even more memorable. One of the best parts is how convenient everything is. Bistro Alder right in the lobby has amazing food, and the hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to everything in the heart of Portland. If you’re looking for amazing hospitality, a cozy atmosphere, great food, and the perfect downtown location, I highly recommend Dossier Hotel. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Location downtown by the river is really nice. We also chose the hotel because of the rooftop bar & grill, the pool and the suite which could accommodate 4 and had a living room with a full dining room size table for us all to enjoy. However, the rooftop bar and grill which we had visited before with our 18 & 20 year old daughters was now only allowing 21 and older and would not accommodate us even though guests of the hotel that had planned celebration gatherings start there. And the suite to accommodate 4, had 2 sleeping on a mattress on the floor."
