The Space:
This is a private two-bedroom booking configuration within the larger Unit 5 daylight-basement apartment. It includes two queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms and sleeps up to four guests. The third queen-over-queen bunk bedroom is outside this reservation and should remain closed and unused. It may not be physically locked.
After the exterior entry stairs, the apartment interior is on one level. The open kitchen, dining, and living area has one mini-split for cooling. Each reserved bedroom has an individual wall heater but no dedicated A/C unit. The living room has a 65-inch Smart TV; guests use their own streaming accounts. Wi-Fi is provided without a guaranteed speed.
Some sound from neighboring units and the adjoining shared laundry may be audible in this shared building.
Guest Access:
The two reserved bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, and living room are private to your group. The third queen-bunk bedroom is not included and should remain closed and unused; if it is open when you arrive, close it and message us.
Entry is through the black side gate on the right side of the building and down exterior stairs. Unit 5 uses a physical key from a mechanical lockbox beside the apartment door. There is no smart lock, elevator, or documented step-free route.
The shared building laundry has its own exterior entrance and adjoins Unit 5 behind an interior service door that is intended to remain locked and secured. Other building guests and cleaners may use the laundry. It is not an apartment entrance; if the interior service door is open or unlocked, contact us immediately. There is no private or assigned parking.
