It's set in a forested area that you won't believe is a few hundred feet from a main thoroughfare. It features a convenience kitchenette (no oven, but it has a hot plate, microwave, sink, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, etc.), comfortable beds, and quiet, private creek-side setting. I had no idea, that he did not want smoking anywhere on the property. I do NOT smoke. My brother who came to visit did outside. He did not litter or anything. I think it was very unfair of him to ask me to leave. He could have just given me a warning. I am very easy to get along with. If I would have known that he did not want smoking on the property I would not have rented. Even though I do not smoke, I would have not wanted a situation that I ended up with.
