I reached out to the front desk, explained the situation, and they responded immediately without hesitation or making me uncomfortable. The alcohol was removed promptly, and the staff handled the matter with kindness, discretion, and professionalism. That level of understanding and customer care truly stood out to me and made me feel very supported during my stay. "

"The bathroom vanity had two different pieces of someone else's hair on it. There needs to be over head lighting over vanity. Other then that, remodel was beautiful!"
