"Staff, parking and breakfast were great, difficult check in as you need to have your physical credit card even if you’ve pre-paid, I only had Apple Pay on my phone, had to use my wife’s credit card otherwise I would not have been checked in… madness! but it does state physical credit card required on the Future Inn website BUT no on the hotels.com website! No water or biscuits in room…"

"We stayed in september for 3 nights in room 142 the room was not as clean as it could have been the tv you could not get any information about any of the programs but the bed was very comfortable we did not use any of the extra facilities we had a meal in the main restaurant the service was excellent as was the food"

Our room was clean and presentable but worth noting was that the mattress was far to hard to get a decent night sleep on!.
