Fully equipped and located on the first beach line, it offers stunning views over the ocean, ensuring a relaxing stay to the sound of the waves. Located just 50 metres from the golden sand of Praia dos Três Irmãos and 55 metres from its rocky version, it allows you to enjoy the best of both sceneries. Furthermore, it is 74 km from Gago Coutinho International Airport (Faro), in a quiet and privileged area, literally next to the sea. Equipped with: Washing machine, iron and hair dryer (for worry-free stays). Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning/heating by heat pump (comfort in any season). Balcony for moments of pure relaxation with sea view A kitchenette, with a ceramic hob, includes a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker — everything you need for practical and delicious meals. Perfect for couples or small families who wish to wake up to the aroma of the sea and enjoy waterfront walks just steps from the door. Random parking not guaranteed near the accommodation. It is FORBIDDEN the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation. NOTE: Only 3 people are admitted (including adults, children, and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO: According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
