The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the terrace and the view from the room. There is a great pool. This is walking distance to the ocean and beaches but we didn't love the area because it is so busy and touristy. The hotel itself was amazing. It had the country code listed twice and that phone number was for another Flor da Rocha property. The correct number is +351 282 400309\. We arrived at 1pm and fortunately they accommodated our request for an early check-in. The apartment was spacious with a nice view over the pool towards the ocean. Great bathroom and comfortable beds. We were disappointed there was not a coffee maker in the kitchen.
