The pool, gym, and hot tub are open, and the common grounds are landscaped exactly as you see in the photos. Come and enjoy the amazing beaches, world-class fishing, and low-key attitude of the forgotten coast without all the stress from the other gulf vacation destinations. Whether you're here to enjoy the calm, tranquil waters of the harbor right outside your front door, or the beautiful sandy beaches just steps away (about 300 steps to be exact) from your balcony, Going Coastal has something for everyone. The unit is located directly across the street from the famous Mexico Beach Pier, where you can take in miles of beautiful coastline, try your hand at our world-class fishing, or photograph the amazing sunsets. It's obvious from the moment you pull up in your covered parking spot overlooking the boats all lining the docks right outside your front door that this place isn't like anywhere else you've stayed. The 3 bedroom, two bath layout is great for families, or couples just looking to get away for a relaxing stay at the beach. The unit is well furnished, and appointed, so you'll have all the conveniences of home, only with a beach just steps away. To make your stay even more enjoyable, you can visit our heated pool, take a dip in the hot tub, or hit up the gym if that's your sort of thing. We try to accommodate boat slip requests with advanced notice, and most slips are capable of accommodating up to a 28ft boat with a 9.6ft beam. Commonly asked questions... \- How far are you from the beach? The condo is exactly 300ft from the beach, so about a 60-second walk. The nice part about the location is that you get to access the beach by the pier, so it's a very friendly walk, and you can enjoy the bathroom, sand shower, and water fountain facilities. \- Is this condo kid-friendly? Absolutely. We have kids of our own, so we bought and furnished the place with families in mind. \- What amenities does the property offer? Heated pool Hot Tub Gym Common Area with Gas Grills Wifi Cable \- Can you see the ocean from the condo? The condo is beautiful decorated and the furnishings are super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. They provided a beach buggy, 5 chairs, couple of umbrellas and beach toys for small kids. The pool is small but nice. You may want to bring extra towels and wash cloths. You definitely need to bring beach towels. The only real negative is they have the temp set at 72, you can turn it up but not down. The master bedroom gets a bit hot for our liking. The condo also has a couple of gas grills and a very nice outside sitting area right by the canal. The grounds are beautiful. We will definitely rent again! ##### April L. We had a great stay!The location is perfect for taking advantage of all the local area has to offer. You are close to Wewa, Tyndall AFB if you are military like us, Pt St Joe & it’s not even a bad drive to Pier Park.We took our boat and although the seas didn’t cooperate the slip was nice & very convenient! The place was clean.The garage parking was convenient to loading and unloading and there is an elevator although we didn’t use it.The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice.The good far out weighed the bad! You will need to bring your own beach towels as none are provided however, there is a wonderful beach cart with chairs.We didn’t use it but it is available.I wasn’t to happy being on vacation that I had to wash towels several times because only one towel each is provided and we were there for 6 days. We were provided with one roll of TP in each bathroom which was not sufficient for the time stayed nor was there any extra PT’s so bring you own or you will have to make a trip to the store.There’s no crockpot but the kitchen is adequate enough. I just like to put dinner on in the mornings, go to the beach & come home to our dinner all ready so bring your own if you like lazy cooking so you can enjoy time out of the kitchen! You can book with confidence and the good far surpassed the minor details mentioned. Everything you need inside to make it a home away from home! The beach just across the street!! The cart provided for hauling our things to and from the beach made things so much easier! The pool was great for an afternoon cool down. Lots of friendly neighbors, great area! Ice and food trucks just across the street!! Very convenient! Spacious and comfortable for the 6 guests we had. Pool, hot tub, and deck were nice hangout out spots. Only thing I wish would have been posted was a picture of the building or layout of grounds to make locating parking easier. The numbers for parking under the building were posted on the instead of the spot so we had a harder time locating our spot. ##### Evonne S. It was updated and had a nice view. I did need to control my own air temp and was never able to do that even after asking two days. Also - with little ones- it was not the convenience I had hoped for. Long walk up that hill wasn’t good with them and back/ knee issues. Beautiful place though! ##### selena w.
