We did have one “issue” with the elevator — if you rent here know that you need to go to the floor where the elevator is and RIDE it to the floor you need it on. Place was dirty. Elevator was not operational, having an elevator was a deciding factor for renting this place. My wife is handicapped. The property manager was proactive on getting a housekeeper out the next day. The elevator technician came on the second day.
