The Sand Dollar is a newly remodeled, ground level, coastal, 3 Bed 2 Bath home, sleeps 9, short distance to sugar white sands, fenced in tropical backyard with private pool, and boat parking!

Night Minimum: 3-5 night minimum.

Property Description:
Ground Level: Open concept living, dining kitchen, and split bedroom setup giving the master privacy from other guests.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen including combo drip k/cup coffee pot, crock pot, toaster oven, toaster, blender, pots & pans, dishes, silverware. Large farmhouse dining table with seating for 9.

Living Room: 50” smart tv for guests to log into their own programming. New comfortable furniture providing a queen and twin pull out sleeper beds.
Master Suite: The master suite boasts a new comfortable king size bed, 32” smart tv, drip coffee pot, access to pool, ensuite bath providing a shower tub combo, single vanity with granite countertops, large walk in closet.

Guest Bedroom 1: The first guest room will provide a comfortable queen bed and pool views.

Guest Bedroom 2: The second guest room will provide two twin beds and a 30” smart tv.

Guest Bath: A shared bathroom between the two bedrooms provides a shower/tub combo and a large single vanity with granite countertops.

Laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is directly across from the guest bath.

Outdoor Amenities: fenced in yard, outdoor pool, gas grill (propane provided), boat parking. A handicapped beach wheel chair is available upon request.

Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.

Situated next door to La Buena Vida, The Sand Dollar is ideal for large groups or multiple families looking to vacation together while enjoying their own private space.

Linens/Supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.

Age Limit: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee.

Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.

Boat Parking: Boat parking is allowed at this home.

Monthly Rental: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season. Please send a message to the property manager if you are interested.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $200 plus tax will be added to your reservation after you book.

Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.
Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

The small beach town of Mexico Beach is known for its excellent fishing, laid-back lifestyle, beautiful white sandy beaches, and emerald green waters. Located just a few short blocks from the beach you can jump on the golf cart, take a stroll, or drive to the Gulf of Mexico where miles of sugary white sand and sparkling water awaits you. For the fishing enthusiast, the public boat ramp is just a few miles away, and don't forget there is parking for your boat.
Visit nearby Port St. Joe for shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. Downtown offers cute shops and restaurants along Reid Avenue. Don't forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles!
