It boasts a 5710 square foot, four-story, Gulf-Front abode that can comfortably host 16 to 20 guests. The property features 7 bedrooms, 7 ensuite full bathrooms, and 3 half-bathrooms spread throughout. The home is spacious and can comfortably host 3 to 4 families or groups of friends. Additionally, you'll enjoy a stunning Private Beach accessible only to renters and owners. A private walkway from the pool leads directly to the beach. The property also includes a private heated pool with an outdoor shower. An elevator for easy movement throughout the four levels of the house. The ground floor is home to a theater room equipped with a 98" TV and a 4-Quad Surround Sound Speaker System, along with automated reclining leather seats for 7 people. The Game Room features automated reclining leather seats for 4, a Nintendo Switch with 4 Joy-Con controllers, and a PS5 with 2 controllers, both loaded with a variety of Family-Fun Party and Sports Games. The property also houses an Arcade Machine with 12 classic arcade games. The house was amazing - great indoor and outdoor spaces ! The walk to the beach right outside the house was very easy and the pool was nice to have since we had double red flags all week! The game room was very well used and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice! I would rent this house again for sure! ##### Mary O. It has everything we needed and was plenty of house for 20 people. The theatre and game room were awesome for the kids. The kitchen had every thing you needed plus items for kids under 5 such as sippy cups, kids plates, pack n play, high chairs. We had red or double red flags every day so the pool was a necessity and came in huge for kids to swim in. All in all a wonderful place to stay for the week. 10 out of 10! ##### Mckinnon L. I cannot say enough good things about the thought and detail that went into this property! It was everything we thought it would be, and more! On top of that, the communication and attention to detail from the owners to ensure our stay was perfect was second to none! What a gem! We began an annual tradition of spending a week at Cape San Blas when our children were young and now our week includes 10 grandchildren and visits from other family and friends. This beach house was great for this event and the best we have rented. We have already booked next year and everyone is excited about returning to this property. ##### Bill F. We have a large family and this house was very spacious. We loved the pool area and the home theater and game room especially. It was a perfect vacation for us - until we got home and received a message from the owner that we were being charged a 50 grill cleaning fee. We cleaned the grates thoroughly, but never imagined that we were supposed to remove the grates and clean out the interior of the grill. My rating would have been 5 stars across the board but this charge seems very unfair. ##### Chris M.
