The house was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately there was trash in the kitchen when we arrived and we couldn’t find a blender. Property management took care of it immediately. A 20 minute storm caused debris from the highway to flood the pool on Tuesday afternoon. Although we made several calls, the pool was not fixed until Friday at 5:30\. It took them 30 min to fix and clean the pool. It was so unfair, we paid extra for a private pool and it wasn’t available for most of our trip. Still waiting to hear if they will refund part of our payment since we didn’t get a pool that was promised to us. Relaxing sounds and sites of the Gulf were wonderful 24/7 experiences from every one of the four levels. Exiting the property was a little challenging at times because of the traffic on the street behind the house, but this did not detract from our thorough enjoyment of the property.
