Well-appointed and comfortable, Tidelands is one of the top properties in town. It is on the 2nd floor of The Club at Mexico Beach and is accessible by elevator or stairs from the covered parking garage. You can see the waves from the whole Gulf side of the property—master bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The HOA rules for this building prohibit all pets except pets of owners. Visitors: Permitted during non-quiet hours of 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Guest commits to supervising children under age 18 during use. Guests agree to abide by posted pool area hours. Bunk beds: Weight limit for top bunk is 160 lbs. Balcony: Guests agree to supervise children on the balcony. No climbing or standing on the furniture. The HOA rules prohibit cooking on the balcony or hanging anything from the railings, including towels. Do not unplug or disable the Wifi or exterior entryway security camera. Pirated media: Please do not stream copyrighted material from a site that does not have permission to stream it. Mediacom easily detects this activity and has threatened to cancel our service. Beach towels and beach equipment (beach chairs, umbrellas, utility wagon, cooler) are for enjoyment during stay. Please return all items to condo before departure. Please do not move or rearrange the furniture or electronic equipment without permission from host. Exception: dining chairs and stools. Do not leave sliding doors open when A/C is running. The A/C will run continuously, causing ice to accumulate and shut down the unit. Payment for a service call may be assessed to the guest. Sofas in living room: Cat naps are encouraged. :) However, planned sleeping, like overnight sleeping or a young child's daily nap, is prohibited in order to ensure a sanitary environment for all guests. Please use the pull-out feature of the sleeper sofa instead. The owner's closet, located in the front hallway and having a code-entry lock, is off-limits to guests without host's permission. Per HOA requirements, please do not store any items in the hallway since it is a shared area. Guests acknowledge that they are subject to immediate cancellation and payment of damage fees (if applicable) if any of the House Rules is broken. It has a great pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed the beach which is just across the street. The area is quiet and without the crowds that you find in other areas. The condo was exactly as it was described. The view was amazing from the balcony. Enjoyed sitting out there. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to prepare meals in. There are generous amounts of K-cups available to use as well as TP and some snacks (which is not always the case with some rentals). Decor is beautiful. Views of the ocean are beautiful! We stayed for six days. The beds were all comfortable. Equipped with everything you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, cart to carry everything, collapsible cooler and beach towels. My daughter visiting from Australia with her two kids loved the condo! You can’t go wrong renting this property. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Sarah has thought of everything when it comes to the perfect beach day. The larger chairs were perfect for my parents and the rest of us enjoyed the beach chairs. Towels, wagon, sand toys, cooler, floats, and two beach umbrellas were all provided! The kitchen is also well stocked for cooking on those nights you want to stay in. We loved Mexico beach. It provided a calm and family friendly environment. Be sure to visit Mango Marley’s, Shipwrecked Raw Bar, and Caribbean Coffee when you visit. I hope to be back in the future and we would definitely book with Sarah again. ##### Elizabeth T. Everything is clean and modern. The owners have gone above and beyond to ensure the condo has everything you need. We loved having beach towels, beach gear, and games! Even on rainy days, our 4 kids were never bored. The view is great and the walk to the beach is so short and easy. I don’t normally stay across the street from the beach, but this location has changed my mind. The elevator is fast and parking was easy. The pool area is simple but clean and the pool is only 4 feet deep. My kids loved that. Killer seafood and an ice cream food truck are within easy walking distance. Does it get any better?! The owner was very responsive to any questions and even helped us book to extend our stay. I highly recommend this condo for your Mexico Beach vacation. We will be back soon! Ok stop your search, this is perfect in every way. This condo is perfect, it's on the same floor as the pool so super convenient when traveling with kids. The place was very clean and really enjoyed the beach accessories, super handy. Didn't mind the nightly rate, thought that the cleaning charge was high, and of course the Vrbo charge didn't seem to net us anything, as they didn't seem to do to much. Sarah and the Tidewaters (2L) condo were awesome. Great place, great location, great balcony! This place is perfect for a Mexico Beach stay. It is right across US 98 from the beach, is well-appointed throughout, and the kitchen is especially nice. Check in and check out were easy, and Sarah makes sure guests have everything they need.
