Welcome to Z's Forgotten Coast, located in beautiful Mexico Beach, Florida! If you're looking for the perfect vacation rental with all the amenities, look no further than this two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a stunning ocean view located in the low-density complex, SummerHouse. This unit even has it's own dedicated parking spot, right next to the elevator. This is a NON-SMOKING, pet-free property (inside & outside).
Beach service (2 chairs + umbrella) is included from April-August. We also include additional beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler & beach bag available in the condo for use during your stay.
This luxurious condo offers the perfect balance of comfort and sophistication. The decor is stylish and modern, yet still has a cozy and inviting feel. The living room boasts plenty of seating for your group to gather and enjoy the ocean view. The private balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.
The two bedrooms are spacious and offer plenty of privacy for your group. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and access to the second bathroom. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with fresh towels for your stay.
When you're not enjoying the beautiful condo, you can take advantage of the fantastic amenities that SummerHouse has to offer. The pool is heated through April, so you can swim comfortably no matter the time of year. There's also a hot tub and sauna to help you relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the area.

The condo was gorgeous and very clean! It was equipped with some essentials which was nice. The view was perfect from the balcony to enjoy the ocean view! The very short walk across the street was easy to get to the beach! The beach was not crowded and the added benefit of the chairs and umbrella set up everyday was super helpful so we didn’t have drag too much with us. The pool was clean and well maintainedz. It was nice to have that amenity too! The elevator was very helpful to get up and down to the condo. Overall it was a beautiful relaxing stay at the condo!

Condo very nice. Well equiped. Clean. Good location. Parking excelent. Close to elevator. Umbrella and lounge chair service. We had two problems (please realize we are 76 years old) 1) walk to beach is not bad except for the the rather high sand berm we had to navigate entering and leaving the beach and 2) the exhaust fan in the water closet was very loud. If we were not 76 y/o it would have been perfect.

We loved our stay at Zs Forgotten Coast at Mexico Beach! The beach was peaceful and the town was quiet- just as we hoped! The condo was just what we wanted. No one has built across the street so you have a clear, unobstructed view of the beach. The balcony was cozy and perfect for relaxing and watching the waves and evening summer storms rolling in! The rooms were clean and comfy, the kitchen was full of all the things you could need to make a nice meal in! Amy and Brian were responsive and very easy to get in contact with. The best part was the chairs/umbrella set up! It was so nice to walk down the (very short) walk to the beach and just have your chairs set up waiting for you! And not having to worry about lugging them back! Would definitely recommend working with Amy and Brian and would absolutely encourage you to stay at Zs Forgotten Coast at Mexico Beach! If you’re looking for a quiet family getaway I don’t think you will find a better spot
