Gulf Gaze is a corner unit with a sweeping Gulf view, Pool & Hot Tub, gorgeous interior, and central walkable location in Mexico Beach. Well-appointed and comfortable, this unit is located in one of the top properties in town. It is on the 3rd floor of The Club at Mexico Beach and is accessible by elevator or stairs.
You can see the waves from the whole Gulf side of the property—balcony, living room, and kitchen. Nothing better in the AM than coming down the hallway and seeing the sun glistening off the water! Make a cup of coffee and ease onto the balcony and take it all in.
Beach Access: Extremely easy and Fast! Exit the elevator and make your way across the street onto the newly constructed walkover and the gorgeous white sand lies ahead. The walkover makes it extremely easy to haul your beach belongings back to the The Club for a quick rinse in the provided outdoor shower and rinse area.
Balcony Experience: Truly unmatched. It's private, it's covered, and it directly faces the Gulf, making it everyone's favorite spot. Relax in comfort with those glittering waters and fresh ocean breezes! Accessible from the living room.
Pool & Hot Tub: The Club at Mexico Beach has an amazing large pool with plenty of space to layout in the Florida sun. The hot tub provides a relaxing end to a day at the beach. The pool area is a few steps down the stairs or a quick elevator ride down to the pool level.
Gulf Gaze provides a relaxing experience throughout! Comfortable furniture and beds, plenty of closet space, 55” smart TV, plenty of bath towels, FAST internet, fully-equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, window blinds, and laundry room. The master bedroom has a private master bath with dual vanity, tub and separate shower. The 2 guest bedrooms share a well appointed bath.
Love to fire up the grill? We have you covered! There are 2 Gulf-view picnic areas with charcoal grills at the parking level. We have grilling utensils ready to serve up some surf and turf.

1\. Full names of all guests at booking. Only the guests listed by name at booking are permitted to stay in the property.
2\. ID of guest making the booking. Either verified ID on booking platform (VRBO, etc.) or screen shot of state-issued ID sent to host.
3\. Accidental Damage Protection Plan purchase of $59 is recommended and provides $1500 worth of coverage in the event of damage to the condo.
Check-out is at 10 am CST sharp, due to the tight schedule of our cleaners, unless you have arranged in advance with the host to have late check-out.
Cancellation policy is Moderate. \*\*Recommend travel insurance.\*\*
Bookings require a min 3+ nights.
No smoking of any kind and no vaping, either inside condo or on balcony. Breaking this rule renders the reservation immediately canceled and guests subject to a $300 cleaning fee.
Parking: The building offers a covered parking garage, which is located on the ground level. Guests are allotted 2 parking passes, which should be displayed hanging from the rearview mirror or placed on dash. Per HOA rules, cars and pickup trucks are permitted, but large trucks, boats, trailers, and/or motor homes are not permitted in the parking garage.
No pets allowed. The HOA rules for this building prohibit all pets except pets of owners.
Visitors: Permitted during non-quiet hours of 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. All persons on premises during quiet hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am and have not been disclosed at booking are unauthorized and are not permitted on premises without host approval.
Parties and events are prohibited. Parties/events are defined as including \*any\* of these elements:
1\. More than 4 visitors without host permission
2\. Alcohol usage by visitors
3\. Drug usage by guests or their visitors
4\. Noise level that is excessive or bothersome to other residents
Pool & hot tub: The guests acknowledge that there is no lifeguard on duty and that use of the pool and hot tub is at their own risk. Guest commits to supervising children under age 18 during use. Guests agree to abide by posted pool area hours.
Balcony: Guests agree to supervise children on the balcony. No climbing or standing on the furniture. The HOA rules prohibit cooking on the balcony or hanging anything from the railings, including towels.
Do not unplug or disable the WiFi.
Pirated media: Please do not stream copyrighted material from a site that does not have permission to stream it. Mediacom easily detects this activity and has threatened to cancel our

Do not leave sliding doors open when A/C is running. The A/C will run continuously, causing ice to accumulate and shut down the unit. Payment for a service call may be assessed to the guest.
Sofas in living room are meant for lounging and resting in between activities. For the enjoyment of future guests, overnight sleeping must be done in the bedrooms.
The owner's closet, located in the front hallway and having a code-entry lock, is off-limits to guests without host's permission.
Per HOA requirements, please do not store any items in the hallway since it is a shared area.
Guests acknowledge that they are subject to immediate cancellation and payment of damage fees (if applicable) if any of the House Rules is broken. If you're not sure something is OK, please check with host. Thank you!

This place was just beautiful. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach. Every single detail was carefully thought out from the coffee and kitchen necessities, to the bedding and blankets. I found nothing to be disappointed by, and everything to be happy about! The perfect stay in the perfect beach town.

We enjoyed our vacation in this lovely condo. The condo had plenty of space for our family of four and included everything we needed during our stay. It was very easy to get to the beach via the boardwalk and when we weren’t at the beach we enjoyed sitting on the covered patio listening to the sounds of the water.

#### Magnificent!
This place was definitely one of the nicest we have stayed in. Price point was awesome being so close and convenient to the beach. Balcony view and seating made it most enjoyable starting with morning with coffee and breakfast and ending the day with a cold one and some laughs. Host communication was quick. We will be keeping this one on repeat.

The place was a very nice place to stay at. The very safe place to stay at. The rooms were clean and wonderfully decorated. The walls are thick so you didn’t hear anything.., I really like how they had the balcony, they were fans above us so we kept cool even when you had no ocean breeze. The amenities Are above and beyond what most places have.. Thank you for making this wonderful condo available. We hope to be back soon

This is one of "THE BEST" Beach Properties that we've experienced. We've been using VRBO since 2016 and travel multiple times a year. We would Definitely love to return and stay at this same place. #### Great place across from the beach
The condo is large with nearly everything you need and was very reasonably priced. It’s just across from the beach with easy access. If you just want to sit on the patio and look at the ocean, this might not be the place for you as there are power lines in front and a busy road that can be noisy when you’re on the balcony though you can’t hear it inside at all. You can see the Gulf from the condo which is really nice. The pool and hot tub were also nice. There’s an elevator and luggage carts at the property which make unloading and loading out very convenient. Overall, an amazing place to stay and I would absolutely return to enjoy this quiet and beautiful part of the beach!

The condo is absolutely beautiful. It is very well stocked with anything you might need while you are there. It is decorated so cute, it honestly makes you feel like you are home. It is conveniently located across the street from the ocean. But you can hear the waves from the balcony. I will definitely stay there again if I’m back in Mexico Beach. #### Better than advertised!
This property was absolutely perfect for my family. First - it is VERY spacious. The condo is well decorated and has anything you could possibly need in it. Everything you need to cook a four course meal for 3 families is in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, couch great for relaxing, balcony fabulous for sunset dinners. Cannot think of one thing that requires improvement! Condo building as a whole was quiet. Pool was never over crowded, and facilities were always clean. 5 stars!
